Disphar’s R&D Department is responsible for the overall management and co-ordination of product development projects. The process encompasses all aspects of drug product development, including API choice, analytics, formulation, manufacturing process, bio-equivalence and/or clinical studies, resulting in registration dossiers as well as applications for own patents.
The project managers in the R&D Department in Baarn work in close collaboration with Disphar’s pharmaceutical development centre Indeus Life Sciencies in Mumbai (India), other Disphar Departments as well as a network of third-party development experts.
Over the years, the Department has developed an extensive Portfolio of products which are registered by Disphar’s Regulatory Affairs Department and licensed out by the company’s Marketing & Sales Department to a Customer Base of over 100 companies.
