Disphar’s Product Development Department is responsible for the overall management and co-ordination of product development projects. The process encompasses all aspects of drug product development, including API choice, analytics, formulation, manufacturing process, bio-equivalence and/or clinical studies, resulting in registration dossiers as well as applications for own patents.
The project managers in the Product Development Department in Baarn work in close collaboration with Disphar’s pharmaceutical development centre Indeus Life Sciencies in Mumbai (India), other Disphar Departments as well as a network of third-party development experts.
Over the years, the Department has developed an extensive Portfolio of products which are registered by Disphar’s Regulatory Affairs Department and licensed out by the company’s Business Development Department to a Customer Base of over 100 companies.
