Since its foundation in 1994 by Dutch generic pioneer Peter Exler, Disphar International BV in The Netherlands has become a well-established partner to the pharmaceutical industry. Disphar’s headquarters are located in Baarn (The Netherlands), close to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Baarn is the company’s home base for Corporate Management, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development and Strategic Business Affairs.
The company’s Logistics & Supply activities are concentrated in Hengelo – Gld (The Netherlands), also the location of Disphar’s warehouses and QA/QC department.
In 2001 the company became a full subsidiary of Nordic Group BV, an ambitious and fast-growing European pharmaceutical group.
Since September 2009, Disphar’s affiliate Indeus Life Sciences Laboratories in Mumbai (India) acts as the company’s centre of excellence for pharmaceutical formulation – and analytical development activities.
